Do not use if you have ever had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer, right before or after heart surgery. (2)
Ask a doctor before use if you have heart disease, thyroid disease, high blood pressure, diabetes or trouble urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland. (1)
Do not use if you have had an allergic reaction to any other pain reliever/fever reducer, right before or after heart surgery, if you are taking a prescription drug for gout, diabetes or arthritis. (1)
Ask a doctor before use if you have been taking a prescription drug. Antacids may interact with certain prescription drugs, kidney stones or a calcium-restricted diet. (1)
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. (1)

Do not use with any other drug containing acetaminophen, for more than 10 days for pain unless directed by a doctor, for more than 3 days for fever unless directed by a doctor. (1)
