Perry Office Plus Acquires Georgetown-based V-Quest Office Machines & Supplies
Perry Office Plus has acquired Georgetown-based V-Quest Office Machines & Supplies, effective October 1, 2022. This marks Perry Office Plus’s third acquisition in two years!
Established in Belton in 1996, V-Quest originally sold printer supplies, and later expanded into printing hardware and service. After a move to Georgetown in 2000, the company later began selling office supplies.
“We could not be happier to have chosen Lynnsay & H.B. Macey and their team to serve our customers,” Tara Brown, President & CEO of V-Quest, shared in a message to customers. “We believe Perry’s stability, buying power, and values made them the right choice for this next step in the V-Quest story.”
Most of the current V-Quest staff will be brought onto the Perry team of more than 40 Central Texans.
“All of us at Perry are eager to welcome the V-Quest team as we learn from each other and create a positive, seamless experience for our new customers,” Mrs. Macey said. “This move also allows us to offer our services to even more workplaces throughout the Georgetown, Round Rock, Austin, and Marble Falls areas.”
Perry Office Plus is excited to provide V-Quest customers not only fast, reliable delivery of office supplies, but also offer them furniture solutions, facility solutions, and marketing supplies such as custom printing and promotional products.
As the largest independent office products and furniture supplier in Central Texas, Perry Office Plus has been locally owned and operated since its formation and traces its roots to a small printing company established in Temple in 1920.
